Our spiritual growth and progress influences others; and to the degree that we grow, is the degree that we'll influence others.

In order to reach our full potential in influencing others, we must pursue growth in three (3) categories: Spiritually, Physically & Financially.

Growth is essential, but growth is not automatic-it takes the 3D's:

1) Personal Discipline
2) Continued Determination
3) Personal Desire

We must be disciplined, determined and desirous to grow and mature personally-to go through the process of growing up, to get ahold of The Big Picture God has for our lives. We cannot possess what we are not willing to pursue; therefore, we must consciously reject any and all excuses that try to stop us from growing and maturing in our lives.

There Are Eight (8) Things You Can Do To Grow & Change:

1) Remember...it Starts With Yourself!
2) Get Rid of Excuses!
3) Make The Decision To Change!
4) See The Big Picture!
5) Ask The Important Questions!
6) Create or Get Into A Growth Environment!
7) Be A Positive, Faith-Filled Leader!
8) Give Up To Grow Up!

Growth doesn't occur overnight, or always the way we want it to...

But as we commit ourselves to doing something about our growth every day...we will reap the benefits!
