Two are better than one,
Because they have a good reward for their labor.

For if they fall, one will lift up his companion.

There are days in our life when we can kill any and all the giants that come our way! But there are also days when there are giants we cannot kill - by ourselves.

King David made a whole career out of fighting the Philistines - and he usually defeated them. But there was a day that David grew faint ...and even he needed help to defeat the giant in his life.

We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus, but we should also be making some friends! Because there will come a day when we grow faint; we won't be able to overcome the opposition; we won't be able to stand on our own. And we'll need someone to say: "What in the world are you thinking? What's wrong with you? You're a man of God, get up!"
