Life Groups
Life Groups is one of our Ten Core Values at Word of Life Christian Center.
We believe that people are better together. It's by doing life together that we can share our strengths and encourage one another to press toward the amazing future God has for us all.
As a G12 Church we believe in the importance of winning souls and making disciples. Life Groups provides a place for every person in our church to be cared for and discipled. At Word of Life we're big enough to serve you and small enough to know you!
WHAT ARE LIFE GROUPS?
Life Groups are small groups of people that meet once a week. Together they study the Bible and learn how it applies to thier lives. It's a time to encourage, care, pray, and support one another. It's the place where friendships are formed and lives are celebrated.
WHAT GOES ON AT A LIFE GROUP?
Each Life Group varies. Generally they all begin with a time to socialize and then a Bible study and close by praying for any needs in the group. Some Life Groups also include a time of worship.
WHERE DO LIFE GROUPS MEET & FOR HOW LONG?
Life Groups meet at various locations. Some meet in a person's home, while others at a coffee shop or at the church. It all depends on what's convienient for the group. Life Groups meet every week for about sixty to ninety minutes.
HOW DO I CONNECT WITH A LIFE GROUP?
Here's a few of ways get connected with a Life Group.
Each Life Group is unique and helping you to find the right one is important to us. It's completely normal for people to visit several Life Groups before connecting with one they feel comfortable with.
