School of Leaders
INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP
The School of Leaders is the second group of classes in Intentional Discipleship. It consists of three levels which should be completed in sequence. Each level is eight weeks long. Completion of the Encounter Series is a prerequisite for enrolling in the School of Leaders.
SOL LEVEL I
The first level of the School of Leaders deals with character development and strengthening your family relationships. True leadership always begins with learning to lead yourself before you can lead others. There is no registration fee for this class; however, you will be required to purchase a textbook.
SOL LEVEL II
The second level of the School of Leaders is about equipping people to do the work of the ministry through Life Groups. Life Groups are the core of our church as they enable us to care for and meet the needs of our congregation. This level trains and empowers people to lead Life Groups. There is no registration fee for this class; however, you will be required to purchase a textbook.
SOL LEVEL III
The third level of the School of Leaders focuses on training new Life Group Leaders with the skills neccesary to win souls and make disciples. There is no registration fee for this class; however, you will be required to purchase a textbook.
